Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to make a vision board and order it, including people with disabilities and older visitors. This statement describes what we have done to make dreamyour.life accessible, what is not perfect yet, and how to reach us.

1. Standard

The site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the basis of the European accessibility requirements (EN 301 549) and of the Israeli standard IS 5568 required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations.

2. What we have done

  • The whole site works with a keyboard alone, including the questionnaire, where every picture is a button.
  • A "Skip to content" link is the first Tab stop on every page.
  • A clear outline shows which element has focus.
  • Text colour contrast is at least 4.5:1.
  • Every page declares its language and direction: Hebrew right to left, English and French left to right.
  • Informative images have text alternatives; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
  • Buttons, icons and fields have names that screen readers announce, and errors are explained in words.
  • If your device is set to "reduce motion", the site shows without animations and moving effects.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content, and the site works on phones and computers.

3. How we tested

The main pages (home, gift pages, questionnaire, board page, print page and legal pages) were tested with the automated axe tool against WCAG 2.1 AA, at desktop and phone widths, in Chrome and Safari, and with keyboard-only navigation. Last tested: 01.11.2026.

4. Known limitations

  • The painting made for you is described to screen readers in general terms, not detail by detail, because each painting is new. If you would like a detailed written description of yours, write to us and we will send one.
  • The card form comes from the payment provider (Stripe outside Israel, Z Credit in Israel), which is responsible for its accessibility. If you have trouble with it, contact us and we will complete your order another way.

We keep testing and improving. If you find something that is not accessible, please tell us.

5. Contact

We are glad to help with any difficulty and to hear suggestions. Contact our accessibility coordinator by email at support@kashuv.ai, on WhatsApp at +972 50-637-6051, or with the "Questions? We're here" form in the corner of every page. Please tell us the page and the problem, and if you can, the browser and assistive technology you used. We reply within 5 business days.
