1. Who we are

Every purchase made outside Israel is sold by Kashuv OÜ, registry code 17611245, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia ("we"), and EU consumer law applies to it (section 10). In Israel the site is operated and sales are made by Dream Your Life; for purchases in Israel the Hebrew text of these terms is binding.

2. The service

• You answer a visual questionnaire by tapping pictures and receive a personal painting (a "vision board") made by artificial intelligence.
• The first painting is free and shown with a watermark.
• Outside Israel, $4.90 or €4.90 unlocks 5 versions of the painting without the watermark, as digital files to download.
• The same can be bought as a prepaid gift: the recipient answers the questionnaire from a link you send them.
• Printed posters are sold and shipped only within Israel.

3. AI-generated paintings

Each painting is generated automatically by an AI model from your answers, so every one is different and none can be predicted exactly. Details such as fingers, objects or lettering may be imperfect. You see the painting before paying anything, and you can ask for a new one free of charge up to the limit shown on the page.

The paintings are illustrations, not photographs. Even with an uploaded photo, the figure resembles the person in build and hair and is not an exact portrait. We do not promise a likeness to any particular person.

4. Photo and personal line

Uploading a photo and writing a personal line are optional. By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the person in it or have their consent, and, for a minor, that you are their parent or guardian or have their consent. Offensive images, nudity, and photos of people who did not agree are not allowed.

The photo is used only to paint your board and is deleted automatically 30 days after the board was last changed, or immediately when you remove it. You are responsible for the line you write, and we may decline to paint content that is offensive or infringes someone's rights.

5. Prices and payment

The price shown next to each product is the final price, including any VAT that applies, with nothing added at checkout.

Outside Israel you pay in US dollars or euros on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.

A discount code can be used once, until the date shown with it, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another code. If a price is shown by obvious mistake, we will tell you and offer a full refund or the order at the correct price.

6. Delivery

The versions open immediately after payment on your order page, and a link to that page is emailed to the address you gave. For a gift, delivery starts when the recipient answers the questionnaire and opens the versions.

7. Prepaid gifts

The buyer pays and receives a personal link for the recipient. The buyer is responsible for the recipient agreeing to receive a message with the link and for giving a correct name and phone number. Anyone holding the link can use it, so send it only to the recipient.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

• Digital file: the right of withdrawal ends when the file is supplied, but only if, before paying, you expressly asked for immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose the right. That is why the checkout cannot be completed without ticking that box.
• Gift: supply begins when the recipient opens the versions; until then you may withdraw for a full refund.
• Faulty file: if a file is defective or not as ordered, we will fix it or refund you, as the law provides. This legal guarantee is not affected by the waiver above.

To withdraw or report a problem, write to us by email at support@kashuv.ai, on WhatsApp at +972 50-637-6051, or with the "Questions? We're here" form in the corner of every page. Please include the order number. Refunds go to the card you paid with within 14 days.

9. Copyright and use of the painting

The site, its design, texts, questionnaire pictures and code are ours. Once paid, you may use the versions you received for personal, non-commercial purposes: print them, hang them, send them and share them on social media. Selling the painting or using it commercially requires our written permission.

We will not use your board or your photo in our marketing without your explicit permission.

10. Applicable law

Purchases outside Israel are contracts with Kashuv OÜ, registry code 17611245, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of the protection given by the mandatory law of their country of residence, and a consumer may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use the site unlawfully; impersonate anyone; upload offensive, discriminatory or infringing content; run automated tools that generate paintings in bulk or scrape the site; or try to get around its security, payment or limits. We may block such use.

12. The AI assistant and support

The assistant in the corner of the site is an AI that answers general questions from the information on the site, and it can be wrong. What binds us is these terms and the price shown on the payment page. Refunds, cancellations and order questions are handled by a person.

13. Liability

We do our best to keep the site running and to deliver what you ordered. The service is provided as is, and interruptions can happen. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your consumer rights.

14. Privacy

The information you give us is handled under our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one on the site when you paid. Last updated: 01.11.2026.
