Privacy policy

This policy explains what information dreamyour.life collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how to see, correct or delete it. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law.

1. Who is responsible

For purchases outside Israel and for anyone in the EU: Kashuv OÜ, registry code 17611245, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia (controller). In Israel: Dream Your Life.

Privacy requests: by email at support@kashuv.ai, on WhatsApp at +972 50-637-6051, or with the "Questions? We're here" form in the corner of every page.

2. What we collect

  • Your questionnaire answers (which pictures you tapped), the style you chose and your personal line, if you wrote one.
  • A photo, only if you choose to upload one, after confirming you have consent to do so.
  • The paintings made for you.
  • Your email, if you give it to save your board or to receive a discount code.
  • When you order: name, email and phone. For a gift, also the recipient's name and phone as the buyer gave them.
  • Card numbers never reach us. The payment provider sends us only the confirmation that payment succeeded and the contact details you entered in its form.
  • Messages you write to the AI assistant, the contact form or on WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: an approximate country from your IP address (to show the right price and currency; the address itself is not stored), and which channel brought you to the site, through the cookies in section 6.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

  • To create, keep and show you your painting, and to deliver your order and email you about it: performance of the contract.
  • To use your uploaded photo in the painting: your consent, which you may withdraw by removing the photo.
  • To know which channels bring visitors: your consent (the dyl_src cookie).
  • To answer you and give support: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service secure: our legitimate interest.
  • To keep accounting records: legal obligation.

You are not legally required to give us any information, but without an email we cannot deliver an order.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell information or share it for advertising. It goes only to the providers that run the service for us, and only as far as they need it:

  • Vercel (USA): hosting of the site and files.
  • Neon: database.
  • fal.ai (USA): the AI models that paint your board and run the assistant. They receive your answers, your line and your photo, if you uploaded one.
  • Stripe and Z Credit (Israel): payment processing.
  • Resend (USA): sending emails.
  • Meta (WhatsApp): messages, if you contact us there or ask to send a gift link by WhatsApp.

We will also disclose information if required by law or by order of a competent authority.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are in the United States or in Israel. Israel is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection. Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies

The site uses only its own cookies, with no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers:

  • dyl_mkt: your region, to show the right price and currency. 30 days. Necessary.
  • dyl_offer: a discount code from a link you opened, to apply it at checkout. 30 days. Necessary.
  • dyl_src: which channel first brought you. 90 days. Outside Israel, set only after you agree.
  • dyl_consent: your answer to the cookie question. 1 year.

The Stripe and Z Credit payment pages set their own cookies under their own policies. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and change your answer by deleting dyl_consent.

7. How long we keep it

  • An uploaded photo: deleted automatically 30 days after the board was last changed, or immediately when you remove it.
  • Your board and paintings: kept so you can come back to them, until you ask us to delete them.
  • Orders and invoices: 7 years, as tax law requires.
  • Support messages: as long as needed to handle and follow up on them.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy in a portable format, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us from the email you gave, or include your order number or board link. We answer within 30 days.

You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country, or to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). In Israel: the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

9. Security

The site is encrypted (HTTPS), the admin area is password-protected and limited to the people who need it, and card details never pass through us. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Children

Purchases are for people aged 18 and over. A photo of a minor may be uploaded only by a parent, a guardian, or someone with their consent.

11. Emails

We send only what relates to what you asked for: your board, your discount code, your order. We do not send marketing without your explicit consent, and any such email will have a one-click unsubscribe.

12. Changes

We update this policy when the way we work changes, and show the date here. Last updated: 01.11.2026.
